01Where can I find a station?

Download the VERT app. It shows where to pick up a powerbank and where to return it.

02How do I rent a powerbank?

Follow the instructions on the station. Review the rental price and payment terms before confirming, then take the released powerbank.

03How do I return it?

Insert the powerbank into an available return slot at a compatible VERT station. Check the station or rental interface for confirmation that your rental has ended.

04What will it cost?

Check the price, deposit (if applicable), charging period and maximum charge in the rental interface before you pay. Contact VERT if anything is unclear.

05What if a return does not register?

Keep the station location and rental reference, and contact VERT for help. Do not assume the rental has ended until the return is confirmed.
